Program Highlights
‘The Big Transport Debate’. This unique debate will involve all six Passenger Transport Executives in England plus Strathclyde PTE and Transport for London who look after the travel needs of over a third of the UK population. The PTE Directors General and senior colleagues will debate the everyday barriers to delivering more transport, cheaper transport and better transport and will explore new solutions to old problems.
Themes
This year we will be looking at the key elements of Concessionary Travel, Environment and the Disability Discrimination Act and how they impact on public transport policies and technologies.
