Delegate Booking Instructions

Please read these instructions carefully. Payment must be received in full before attending the conference. Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you with full details of the conference.

Full Conference Package

This is for delegates who can attend the full conference and includes all documentation, all sessions, lunch, refreshments, entrance to the exhibition, welcome reception and the conference dinner.

Day Packages
Local & Central Government & Academia Rate	£150 + VAT (£293.75)
Partners (ITSO, ITS(UK), Smartex Members) Rate	£200 + VAT (£393.63)
Commercial Rate	£225 + VAT (£464.13)

Day Conference Rate (either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday)

This is for delegates who can only attend part of the conference. It includes documentation, sessions, lunch and refreshments for one day, entrance to the exhibition and welcome reception. It excludes the conference dinner.

Social Events

The Welcome Reception is open to all delegates and exhibitors and will be held within the exhibition area on the evening of Monday 16th June.

The Conference Dinner is to be held at The Liverpool Marriott South Hotel on Tuesday 17th June. The full conference package includes a ticket to attend the conference dinner. Day delegates and exhibitors must book separately. Tickets are £45 + VAT (£52.88).

Payment Details & Cancellations

Payment by credit card will be administered through Benchmark Communications. Cheques should be made payable to Benchmark Communications Ltd and must be in pounds sterling, drawn on a British bank. Bookings cancelled on or before 30th April 2008 will be subject to a cancellation fee of £100. We regret that no refund is available after 30th April 2008, however substitute delegates will be welcome.
